“I’ve been coming to this store for a long time and every visit for me has been very pleasant. The ladies are so informative and always give me exactly what I’m looking for. Celest is one of the young lady I always go to she very knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend for anything that has to do with faja or waist trainer 10 out of 10.”
— C Edwards“I had a very unprofessional experience at this store. Yesterday, I was measured and told I needed an XS stage-2 faja. They didn’t have it in stock, but the employee encouraged me to buy the small, try it on with nylons, and return it within 14 days if it didn’t fit. She also promised the XS would be available today from another store. They refused to honor the return and gave the excuse that the faja was “dirty.” The item was tried on exactly as instructed and returned less than 24 hours later. Thinking back, it’s obvious what happened: They didn’t have my correct size and pushed a sale anyway, knowing it didn’t fit, and then made it nearly impossible to return. After reading other reviews, I see this is a pattern customers repeatedly say the store will use any reason to avoid accepting returns. Now I’m stuck with a brand-new $160+ faja that doesn’t fit me and was only purchased because of the employee’s misinformation. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a business that caters to post-op clients who rely on accurate sizing and honest guidance for their recovery. This experience showed a lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care. FOLLOW UP TO OWNERS RESPONSE I want to provide additional information because the store’s public response does not accurately reflect what happened and misleads customers. After My Waist refused my return with the incorrect claim that the faja was “soiled,” I purchased a replacement at another store. I am including photos and the receipt showing I spent almost $200 on a higher-quality faja an expense I should not have had to make if My Waist had honored the instructions their own employee gave me. I also emailed the store immediately afterward (screenshot included). I was told that “Cynthia” would call me back. No call ever came, and my email went unanswered. I made every reasonable effort to resolve this privately and professionally before updating my review. To correct the record: • I was encouraged to purchase a size the store did not have available, with the assurance that I could return it if it didn’t fit. • I followed the employee’s instructions exactly, I tried the garment on with nylons. • I returned it in less than 24 hours. • The garment was not “soiled.” That claim is simply untrue. • The staff member who inspected it (Christina) touched the garment with bare hands, contradicting their attempt to cite “hygiene concerns.” Because the situation was handled so poorly, I contacted my bank. After reviewing my documentation, my bank refunded the full amount and initiated an investigation. I am sharing this only to demonstrate that I followed all appropriate steps and provided verifiable evidence. This business markets heavily to the Hispanic community and post-op clients who depend on accuracy, transparency, and ethical practices especially during recovery. I am fortunate that I had the means to immediately purchase a better replacement, but many customers do not, and they deserve to be treated with honesty. Every statement I’ve made is factual, documented, and supported by photos, receipts, and written communication. My goal is to ensure that other customers are fully informed and do not experience the same situation I did.”
— Lisa Ruelas“Terrible Customer Service. Exchange policy is vague, and they will go extra measures to not exchange your purchase. Do not purchase here, find body shapers and waist trainers on Amazon for $49.99. To the "owner," continue putting the profit of money before the satisfaction of your customers and this business will soon close down, have a great one.”
— Laiza“Would rate zero stars if I could. Manager doesn't listen to customers. She is extremely rude. She sat there on her phone with an attitude. Horrible customer service. Cashier was friendly. She corrected her staff member infront of me. This store doesn't allow you to try on item's nor will refund items. Yet my husband exchanged an item earlier. Out a 100 Dollars with a product that doesn't fit.”
